Meet the Belle

Hello friends! My name is Lauren Fuller, and I am a full time graduate student pursing a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in reading. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education. I loved Tech so much, I decided to do a victory lap and get my Master's.

During my time as an undergrad I held many leadership positions in the Alpha Chi Omega Beta Psi chapter. My junior year I was elected as Vice President of Philanthropy and was able to plan many fundraising events for our national philanthropy, raising awareness for domestic abuse. I started the Beta Psi chapter's first Walk a Mile in Her Shoes, and I am very excited that this is the chapter's third year hosting the event.

I currently have the privilege of working for Dr. Amy Vessel as a research assistant. During my time as a research assistant I have worked on many projects, including the International Reading Association's Children Choice program. I've gained so much experience working at Tech and I couldn't be more grateful!

When I'm not working or going to school, I love to shop and play with my dog, Daisy. I love all things yellow and the New Orleans Saints!
